After hearing of a few notices, I expected an influx of more... a few in the beginning, and then a bunch as the floodgates opened wider. But, apparently, I was wrong... it must have been a false start to the news. Probably a good thing I suppose... running short on time to finish Q3's first draft :/...

I stand by the inkling that they're going to announce the Q1s and Q2 simultaneously... Wouldn't they have to notify the rejections before making an announcement of the winners?
