I'm very close to 100% certain that would not disqualify you. You would be notified by e-mail, regular mail, or not at all. Last year I had an entry not appear on the blog and not get rejected. Six months later I e-mailed Joni and she said I'd gotten an HM and they sent the cert. So, possibly your ...
