Last year's first R was on April 16. wotf004 The two Thursdays at that time this year are the 11th and 18.
So relax, don't worry, and get lost in the process of writing your next story. Write on.

Re: Moon's SUPER SECRET Bonus Challenge! Vol. 36

I've spent the last couple of weeks reading Orson Scott Card's Homecoming Series(5 volumes).
Very unique style. I guess that's why he is such a successful author.
Now it's time to get down to some serious writing. wotf042

Thanks for the update thegirlintheglasses. I had a story written for Q2 but it fit the guidelines for another contest so there it went.

Re: Discussion: Q2, Volume 36

I finished the story I was writing for Q2. After reading it I think it may not be a good fit for wotf. wotf017
However it seems to fit the guidelines for another contest so I will be submitting it there.
I'm confident I'll have something more suitable for the contest in plenty of time. Write on.

It is good to remember that while similar, a short story and a novel are different animals, just as a bobcat is different from a lion. And here is a scary thought, at least to me. Rarely is a writer a master of both. I really enjoy all the info Wulf. Between your SUPER SECRET Bonus Challenge and Da...

Re: How Fast Should a Space Station Rotate?

If you wanted a more intense workout you'd be there. The outer ring would be easier on the physique so it would ...

Re: Reading vs writing

I just finished reading Algis Budry's Writing to the Point. Very good stuff.
I plan to read it again while taking notes the second time through.
