Re: Jibber Jabber - Q1 - 29

This might be jumping the gun a bit, but seeing how a lot of forum members have already turned in their Q4 stories and are working on Q1, I thought I'd start this thread. For Q1 I'm writing a Fantasy. My last three entries have been more science fiction. I love science fiction, love to read it, but...

Re: Jibber Jabber - Q4 - Volume 34

SHM. That rounds out my set of responses from WOTF with at least one in each category, except, of course, "Winner". Maybe next year! A blackout bingo! That's amazing. Has anyone else ever achieved this? (I knew there was a reason I've been collecting "R"'s - I wanted to make sur...

Re: Four in Thirty-Five (4 in 35!)

Thereafter I shan't be a contestant come what may. but I'll always be delighted to hear from those who are and offer what help I'm able. It was exch...

Re: Jibber Jabber - Q2 - Volume 34

I don't know how common this feeling about WIP is, but I doubt if it's only the two of us suffer from it. So true. From reading these boards and others, anecdotally at least, it seems a lot of posters (myself included) occasionally go through a "this is so awesome" phase, followed by &quo...

Commiserations Michael. Better luck in Q4. Thanks Ishmael! I am even less confident about my Q4 entry, so I'm kinda scared. Re: Jibber Jabber - Q3 - Volume 33

I can confirm a wave of results of unknown size is coming in.

I received what I assume is the "Quick R" by email on September 3rd.

I think that means, if you haven't heard anything: no news is slowly inching towards the potential for good news, so stay upbeat people.

You may decide you already have enough viewpoints at this point, but if not, I'd be happy to be a reader as well. I have a Q4 ready for review as well to exchange (science fiction), but it clocks in at 12K (by the unofficial Microsoft word count). I would be happy to give comments on yours even if y...

Congratulations Sean and DStein. Following the jibber jabber threads I've seen how you have both worked your tails off (well maybe indirectly surmised...)

One more reason to look forward to the anthology! I hope you will all continue to drop by from time to time to share stuff you have learned.
