I have my story plotted out but I can’t find the motivation to start writing, which makes me suspect that there’s something off with the outline. And maybe I lost the habit of writing daily wotf005

Re: Writers of the Future asks for your podcast input.

I'm really liking the podcast so far! However - on some episodes more than others - there seems to be an issue with the mastering. John's volume is always OK and I can understand him well, but the guests' volume often is lower than his. It's especially bad in Martin Shoemaker's episode - I wasn't ab...

Got a rejection from DreamForge, but it was a long shot anyway due to the length. Not sure if this is a form rejection or whether it has a personal touch to it: Helge, Thank you for your patience while we reviewed your story “[redacted],” unfortunately, we're going to pass this time. Congratulations to all those who placed! For those who did not - don't base your whole value as a writer on the results of this contest. If you haven't already, I recommend you look into the five stages of grief and into complicated grief (disorder). Also, what is the father mourning the most, the past memories with his daughter or the future, imagined events, which now never will come true?

I'm in. The blessing of doing a story-a-week challenge is you accumulate a lot of properties quickly (I'm 11 weeks in and haven't missed a deadline yet).
