Shunting me off

This site is still shunting me off to the page that says I have made too many attempts to sign in and need to answer a question.

We are talking once in three days or so.

Good morning, I might be able to help you. Would you mind first, telling me what you are looking for in a beta reader? And secondly, how quickly you are hoping to have it turned around? I hope to have a novel to the beta-reading stage in the next couple months and would like it if there's a bit of ...

She was disappointed when. I told her I couldn't attend this year because of finances. Yes, I know it's free, but my time and gas aren't. Wonder how all the people in the Workshop are doing. We would need a hotel for one night and I would miss one day of work. I think even now we could handle gas a...

Re: Jibber Jabber - Q2 - Volume 34

Unless the story I sent to Flametree comes back in time, I may have a hard time making it in this quarter. I'd been procrastinating on editing, and then yesterday I ended up making a trip to the emergency room because of pain in my stomach and back (among other things). Long story short, I'm alrigh...

beta reader for novel

Just got finished revising a new novel and I decided to see about having a beta reader or three with this one. But all of a sudden I am having problems finding one much less three. Anyone here be able to read over a novel for me? Very close to 76,000 words. This is a steampunk tale set in our time. ...

As has been stated this has been done a few times with good results. At the same time though do not follow the writers examples for both are on alt worlds. But I believ...

Oh yes of course Hmmm, as of right now I may try to redo an earlier story but I might be able to come up with something different-at least in setting. I need a new Science Fiction so I can later sent it to Asimov's and Analog but a true fantasy could be good. Been while since I have done one. One in...

The Grinder suggests this was a big wave. If my count is correct more than half of the logged entries were rejected last week. Bearing in mind that The Grinder is only used by a relatively small proportion of entrants and all of them take their writing seriously, I'd guess LD is right in suggesting...

Been a while since I popped into this thread. I'm planning a Story in a Day for some time this week. Anybody want to join in? Pick a day some time this week--write a story. We can do an exchange after, if interested? Mine will be today or Friday, I think, but you can pick whatever day you wish. Any...
