That is extreme!! And since what they did is illegal, do pursue legal action. Glad you were able to fix it.

Re: Jibber Jabber - Q1 - Volume 34

A lot us here in the early R's this time around. Well at least I know not to send the type of story I did to the contest again. Got tips sent from Joni. Uhm, well, those wouldn't have worked for what I was doing.

I guess we can all wallow in our commiserations together.

Yep, we're waiting. Hopefully it will be March. Last year it was after the Awards in April. But, since he got to Quarter in November. We can hope he'll still be fairly quick this quarter.

Re: Jibber Jabber - Q2 - Volume 34

I hope you received my E-mail response about that. But I just had the thought, some pro writers have placed loved ones that died into their books. Piers Anthony is one. In one Xanth book some one just appeared pretty much out of the blue and was just around. In the book's Author's Note or Forward h...

Re: Jibber Jabber - Q2 - Volume 34

Condolences. Do you write poetry? If you have a picture of your friend, or a picture of scenery or still life, I suggest you sit down and write a poem about how looking at the picture makes you feel. I mentioned before that one of my poems seemed really apposite to read at my mother's funeral. My n...
