It's worth noting that your operating system will sometimes add your name into the file's properties. (Hence Martin's post.)

I went back and read Martin's original post. After that I tried the hovering mouse function and was relieved to see no personal information. My version of word was installed by techs over the internet so maybe that's why. Thanks for todays gem of knowledge.
