868813 views. Even though this page is crawling towards 5000 no one talks about how many people stop by to see the current level of insanity that the participants are practicing. Won't be long before this page hits 1,000,000. wotf015

Oh! Sound of frog lodged in the throat
Of dying wolf that made sweet chords!
How shall our untuned lyres give note
Angelic to to thy rough-hewn words?

For clothed like sheep the lycanthrope’s
Grey goatskin glimmers neath red moon;
And like the frog bathed in lye soap
Our feeble croaks and sighs end soon.

But while there’s life and twenty-nine
Let us once more into the fray!
For frogs and wolves do both entwine
The luminescence of our way!

Heqet is apparently a fertile muse! Two ribbits for Ishmael's (Philip's) poetic journey into lycanthropic verse!

Dearest Martin,

I hear that hospital food isn't as bad as advertised. Hopefully microwaved pot roast, soggy carrots, and reconstituted mashed potatoes provide sufficient sustenance to support your healing. Oh, and jello. I understand that there is lots of jello.

Get well soon!

Sincerely,

Your pal,

Jeremy

What? 82 posts to go before this hits 5000? We're going to need a lot more help to do this before Martin gets out of the hospital, since I think they are releasing him TODAY! This is like herding cats! LET'S GO, LET'S GO, LET'S GO! This shall now become a welcome home party! And if we don't make that, maybe we can top 5000 before SFWA or WOTF or HUGO gives Martin a Lifetime Acheivement Award.

It's good to have reachable goals...
