Last of the Far Gods

Postby Corbin Maxwell » Thu Apr 21, 2016 3:06 pm

Some of you may remember me as a contest entrant and forum poster for many years. Well I haven't entered since 2012 because I was signed to a small publishing company after winning their writing contest. Anyway, my book Last of the Far Gods was released today in Kindle and Nook formats. If you are interested, you can find it on Amazon and Barnes and Noble.com; for some snippets of the book or the publishing summary, you can look on my Facebook page, Corbin Maxwell for samples of my writing and of the book.

Thank you very much.

The last survivors of a failing Earth search the dusty remains of civilization for the planet's last habitable city, placing their faith in the remnants of a forgotten past and the fantastic promises of a sentient city gone mad. In this apocalyptic world, the last policeman of a dead city will cross a wasteland of dying towns and the grim dangers of a desert landscape to bring his family to safety. Joined by a small-town sheriff and a sickly prostitute named Bucket, Jack Chisholm and his son Pete will search the Earth for the last Far God and along the way fight gunslingers, gunpriests, and deadly wizards, half-human spiders and Grim Reapers. And before the quest is over,
Jack and his traveling companions will uncover a destiny that could save their world or destroy it forever.

The quest for the last tower has only just begun.
