Chatting With Sherri on BlogTalk Radio

Postby Wulf Moon » Tue Sep 24, 2019 3:22 pm

What's it like to attend the workshop? What happens to your brain when you stand on that stage? How do you deal with imposter syndrome and limelight blindness? Is this the end, or just the beginning?

John Goodwin, president of Author Services that runs this contest, asked me to remind Sherri's audience about WotF and the contest deadline and that I should talk about my Hail Mary and to tell people there's ONLY SIX DAYS LEFT TO ENTER!

Whew! Got it all in! Mission accomplished! https://www.blogtalkradio.com/rithebard ... ulf-moon-1

Brad Torgersen is on next week! Don't miss it! October 3rd! This WotF winner just won a DRAGON AWARD! https://www.blogtalkradio.com/rithebard ... ith-sherri

Cheers!

Did anyone catch Brad's interview? If you missed it, you can still listen through download. One insight that struck me was when he said in his youthful writing, he didn't have much life experience to draw on, and attributed that to his writing not selling. As he lived life, engaged with life through his military experiences and having a family, he had rich experience to draw upon, and his work started selling because he had something relevant to say. I did a Super Secret on that. It was nice to hear it echoed in his words. : )

Very good interview Wulf. I listened to yours today so Brad's will be another time.

Don't miss Sir David Farland today on Chatting with Sherri! And no, I don't think he's been knighted, apparently we don't do that with our literary greats in this country. But he deserves the title!
