The use of vulgarity in contest entries.

Postby RusticBohemian » Thu Apr 23, 2020 6:22 am

The judges have mentioned that they generally don't choose stories with a lot of vulgarity. I'm just looking to understand that a bit more.

Sometimes, sprinkling, "damn" into a story adds some flavor. I don't even consider damn a swear, but I realize there are those who do. Where exactly is the line drawn?

You will find your answers by scrolling a little further down in this heading to CURSING AND SEXUAL SITUATIONS. You will also find your answers by reading the latest volumes and taking note of the cursing that passed their standards.
