"About the Forum - Start Here" permission issues

"About the Forum - Start Here" permission issues

Not sure if there's anything in there (it says 2 topics on the index page), but when I try to read the "About the Forum - Start Here" forum I only see this message: "You do not have the required permissions to read topics within this forum." wotf017
