A Favor

Postby bobsandiego » Wed Nov 04, 2015 5:57 pm

Hello esteemed authors:

I am in need of a second, or more, pair of eyes. My HM story from last quarter has just returned from a major pro market and the editor had an interesting take on the tale.

[quote] It read as if the Jews could be blamed for bringing it on
> themselves. I'm sure this isn't the author's intent, but he may want to
> take a hard look at it and consider making some revisions before sending
> the story out again./quote]

This is an interpretation that neither I now my agent took away from the story. Does anyone feel that they have to time to read the piece and give their opinion on how that impression was created.
I want to be sure not to create that impression - it is NOT my authorial intent.
It's 83000 words.

thanks

Did an extra zero slip in there by mistake, or is this a novel? O_o

I'd be happy to make a third taking a look. It's an intriguing question.
