Maybe more of a kitchen sinker, but there may appear some gems we could all learn from.

New year's resolutions for writing.

I'll try to read more, submitting each quarter as always.

As I'm the only one with writing resolutions...

I'll add that I'm also aiming to write a WOTF entry standard story each month. This way I'll have three to pick from, learn to write them in less time, have more practice at story development and still have two for other markets right away.
