Stupefying!

Has anyone heard from Stupefying Stories lately? I have a story there, but have not heard back from them. I queried after 90 days, and still no response. It's now been 102 days and counting, which is way longer than anything else I've sent them.

Hmm, I know I've read the name recently but can't recall from when.

I looked ralan.com over, no sign of it even in the dead list.
Working on turning Lead into Gold.

On The (Submission) Grinder's activity report for Stupefying Stories for the last 30 days, there have been 9 rejections reported, ranging from 1 day to 29 days (7 rejects <= 10 days), and one acceptance at 97 days.

According to Duotrope there've been a flurry of 32 rejections and 2 rewrites since July 4th ranging from 5 to 109 days.

I've got two in the docket (because I asked for "special permission" since one of my other stories was already waiting 172 days at the time). One story is at 55 days and the other is at 227 days. I'll probably send in a query for both stories when the younger one hits 60 days.

Also, did Stupefying buy your story, Preston?

What are the word limits? I can't seem to find it on their submission page.

I'm not aware of a word limit. I'd say if you're unsure, then query.
