Fascinating survey complete with lots of graphs. What I find interesting is that indie-publishing is still in its infancy. We're still only seeing the first few years of it. I wonder what it'll look like in five or ten years:

This is a very informative bit of data, and though conducted by a romance writer, it does not pertain exclusively to them, but rather, to genre writing as a whole. Although I didn't see a piece of that pie dedicated to monster erotica
