Wyrm's Gauntlet writing contest

I took part in this writing/reviewing contest last year and enjoyed it quite a bit.

Basically, there are four rounds, some of which involve writing a story, and others of which involve writing a review .

I'm still in (as flintonlaubakersmith). Last year I got 3rd place, so I'm interested to see if I can best that this time around!

I have a pretty strong English Lit background, though, and the fiction writing rounds tend to trip me up way more than the review rounds do. Eurgh!

Hey, thanks! Round three is a lot of fun so far. My MA in English puts me in good standing when it comes to things like close reading.
