I'm thrilled to be on this TOC with Cat Sparks and Rob Hood, both superb writers and editors themselves.
Thanks on the congrats, everyone. I'm thrilled by the great comments I've received for my story.
If you haven't already, I encourage you to download Dimension6. It's a *really* good mag.

Whee! Thanks, all. :)
The story which placed second in that contest, incidentally, was my semi-finalist here. I posted more details about its revision history on my blog: http://www.infomancy.net/contest-win-ku ... anthology/
As for bigbigbig... Well, I'm not holding my breath.

That would certainly go towards explaining the total lack of comment on any of my posts. (Well, that and the fact that I average about 3 views per day. Ahem.)
Thanks, Dustin! I'll look into that...

Re: Success!
My first real writing success...I signed with literary agent Mark Gottlieb of Trident Media! So excited! He's busy pitching my epic fantasy to publishing houses <3 Wish me much luck! The only thing better than winning WotF would be selling my novel and having to withdraw from the competition!
Don't mess with fantasy writers; we know whether human is white meat or red, and sweeten our coffee with tears.

Qualified Success!
This is not a sale, but it feels so much more to me at the moment.
I have just gotten my first request for a full manuscript from an agency.
Apparently I didn't muck up the first chapter too badly...
