Hey, I don't know if anyone remembers me, but I'm here saying hi :)
So... if anyone remembers me, don't give up. My latest series has sold over 25,000 copies in less than 2 months (over 2 books, book 3 will come out in October). It took a lot of mistakes and work to get to this point, but even a nobody like myself can earn a good living if you learn your craft and persist.

YEEEEHAAAAA!!!!! You have my great respect for your hard work and accomplishments, especially considering you've been ill and you had to dig out from that. You and Patty Jansen are my inspirations when it comes to productivity.

Thanks, guys :)
Yeah, Martin, this year was a doozy, for sure. Still not even close to 100%, but writing like crazy anyway. Actually having thousands of people awaiting your next book is powerfully motivating!
And Remy will be written. Someday. Current series doing well is Urban Fantasy, so I will totally write Remy too. But probably not til 2016...

Everyone should go out and get Annie's book Justice Calling. It's really good and loads of fun.

Great story, Rebecca. Thanks for the opportunity to read a finalist story. I've read a few of your stories now, and I've come to expect polished prose, evocative imagery, unique tropes and characters that pop off the page. And as usual, you delivered again! Congrats.

Greetings, all.
I have two publications this week. One in Outposts of Beyond, but the main one is in Dimension6. For those who don't know, D6 is brand new this year. A free semi-pro e-mag published by the highly regarded Keith Stevenson.
I'm thrilled to be on this TOC with Cat Sparks and Rob Hood, both superb writers and editors themselves.
