Nice, Ember! Cograts!

Re: Success!
Well, I finally heard back from Andromeda Spaceways and I'm having trouble believing my eyes. I keep re-reading the email to make sure I'm not seeing things. But it looks like it's finally happened.
I've been waiting a long time to post here, and I couldn't be happier. My re-worked HM winning story is going to be published. I'm more excited than I have any right to be! But I don't care. I sold a frickin' story!

I made a sale to DSF recently. It is my second sale there, but the first that will count as SFWA qualifying as the first one was so short.
And I missed this one. Victory is yours!

Fran Friel did a pretty cool interview with me, over at Amazing Stories. A number of my peers--including WOTF Forumites--are mentioned as "new writers to look out for," or as mentor figures who've supported me over the years.
