Forum upgrade and fixes for Spring 2017

Just a note to the general population,

I've finally been able to upgrade the forum to a newer version of the software. Things will look a bit generic around here, until I can get the theme and graphic options synced with the phpbb 3.1.10 software. But everything works.

Including new account registrations; which were having a major problem.

If anyone has been having trouble creating a new login for themselves, please have them try again. It should work now.

If there are problems, please let me know.

I believe that's in the "question" area, which requires being re-set up if I remember correctly.

To enable the Q&A CAPTCHA, browse to Spambot countermeasures on the General tab of the Administration Control Panel (ACP), then select "Q&A" under "Installed Plugins". Select "Configure", setup your question and answer pairs, then submit the forum. Notice you may need separate Q&As for each language you use.

Got the Q&A back up and running, with new questions that may prove a bit tough for your average robo-spammer.

I keep being sent to the extra page where it says I have exceeded the number of tries and I need to do something extra like figure some WotF judge's book.

I use Safari but it worked fine a moment ago. I got on quickly without having to go to that extra page. We will see if that keeps up
