Thanks so much, J'nae, Aaron, Preston, Peony, and Tamlyn! It was really weird having three stories come out in a two-day period.

Also, thanks so much for the compliment on the titles, Tamlyn. My husband has mocked my titles for so long, I am trying SO HARD to make them better. Perhaps I'm on the right path!

Story out today at Persistent Visions. Art's Chair
Yeah, yeah, another Camelotian (Arthurian?) tale. But it's my version so it involves a Barcalounger and a sledgehammer. And probably profanity.

I have a new story up at Flash Fiction Online this month, "Quartet of the Far Blown Winds", and I've written a blog post to accompany it :)
Congrats to everyone else rocking it right now. 2016 could do with some good news.

Oh hey, congrats TOC neighbor. My story is out too, Independence Day which was an early round R in the contest. Just another reminder how much this business is based on personal taste. I really like this story but my wife hates it because... it contains incest. But the plot absolutely requires it.

Mazel tov to all!
A brief update.
With the 2016 award season at hand, editor Fran Eisemann has kindly made my story Laila Tov free to read for everyone at the on-line subscription magazine Cosmic Roots and Eldritch Shores. Fran did a marvelous job in the illustration and web design of the story. I am so pleased with the result, I could just plotz. I appreciate her kindness in permitting the story to be seen by a wider audience.

"The small sward of earth and patchwork hut where the crippled tailor and his demon bride once lived was shunned for its evil, or so the villages would claim; but whether it was for the evil that once dwelt there or the evil that was inflicted upon it none would say."
Respectfully,
Dr. Bob
