Great read. Thanks for sharing. Now if only I could identify which of those eight I’m failing on so I can work to improve that specifically!

This article makes me want to submit again.
I take rejections pretty hard, (read: personally) which I know six ways from Sunday that I'm not supposed to do, but I do anyway.
